At Cody Mathieson Packer Coaching, we are dedicated to delivering a transformative experience through our Rewrite Your Future program. Our Rewrite Your Future program is for a coaching experience guiding men into their power after their divorce. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and process for accessing and receiving our services.

1. Program Registration and Confirmation

1.1 Enrollment Confirmation
Upon successful registration and payment for the Rewrite Your Future program, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing:

• Program start date and schedule.

• Details for accessing the live sessions (Zoom links or other platform details).

• Information on any required pre-program materials.

1.2 Access Information
All relevant program materials and access links will be sent via email no later than 24 hours before the first session. If you do not receive this information, contact us at cmp246@gmail.com immediately.

2. Program Delivery

2.1 Live Coaching Sessions
Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom as per the program schedule. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the necessary tools to attend.

2.2 Digital Resources
Program resources (workbooks, templates, recordings, etc.) will be provided digitally via email or through a secured platform.

• Resources are typically delivered within [timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] after the corresponding session.

• You will have lifetime access to all recordings and course materials from your payment for the program

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refund Policy
A clear onboarding process is undertaken with each client to ensure they are a full yes before paying. After the program has started I do not issue refunds unless someone experiences a family emergency or traumatic event that makes their participation void, which in the case a full refund will be sorted privately between the two parties.

In this event, the refund will be processed through Stripe within 5-7 business days.

3.2 Rescheduling
If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a new date/time will be provided.

3.3 Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, participants will receive a full refund within [timeframe, e.g., 7 business days].
